New for 2025, clients can personally select dresses from our showroom while being assisted by a highly-trained Dress Specialist. The Dress Specialist will also be searching through the hundreds of designer dresses that align with your style, price range, size, and bring them straight to your dressing room. If you have shopped with us before, then you know that we make shopping for formal events a fun and stress free experience through our appointments.

Preparing for Your Appointment

1. Research dress styles and screenshot your favorite dresses to show your Dress Specialist upon arrival. 

2. Decide on your approximate budget. Short dresses average around $300, start at $100 and go up to $600. Long dresses average around $450, start at $200 and go up to $1000. 

3. Bring your favorite heels and necessary undergarments. 

4. Hair and makeup ready! (Please no recent spray-tans). This helps you envision the whole look for the big night ahead.

Yes, appointments are required while shopping at Ypsilon Dresses. This allows our team of Dress Specialists to give clients the attention they need while shopping for such an important occasion. Text 801-355-5400 for your complimentary appointment.

Appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes but can vary in duration.

New for 2025, clients can personally select dresses from our showroom while being assisted by a highly-trained Dress Specialist. The Dress Specialist will also be searching through the hundreds of designer dresses that align with your style, price range, size, and bring them straight to your dressing room. At Ypsilon Dresses, your personal style meets the ultimate shopping experience.

Weekdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday are highly recommended! Our busiest days are Friday and Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.

We recommend clients arrive on time and bring 1-2 guests to assist during the appointment. Also, bring your favorite heels and necessary undergarments.

Your Dress Specialist is highly trained in formalwear sizing, fabrics, designers, budget and fit. Upon arrival, clients will be measured to determine the best size section to browse in. Your Dress Specialist will assist in the dressing room with zippers, sizing and color options. We take appointments Monday-Friday: 2:00 PM - 7:30 PM, Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Closed Sundays. .

No, we do not rent dresses. All of our dresses are brand new and never worn.

Yes, a deposit is required when placing a dress on layaway.

No need to worry. Alterations are common! For more info visit the 'Common Alterations' video in our Size Guide, or contact us. We're happy to refer you to some of our most trusted tailors.  

We do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. 

When shopping at our online store, shipping is free for orders over $350. Standard shipping applies for orders under $349.
